It has a two-car driveway with its own access to the house, and the main entrance; both doors are security doors, plus a gate at the main entrance. Upon entering, we find a very good-sized study with several workstations, a central garden with a tree that faces the retractable dome, then we find the fully equipped kitchen with an L-shaped countertop and breakfast bar, the main living room, a second study, and a guest bathroom; the upper level consists of 4 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, and a TV room. Access to the bedrooms is via a hallway that leads to the central garden and the dome. All bathrooms have skylights for natural light, and the master bedroom has an additional private study and a view towards the nature reserve; and the lower level consists of a covered area that can be used as a gym, a computer room, and a section with a lightweight roof for a BBQ.
